Suzanne Bugner Elter

Suzanne Bugner Elter, 80, passed away on December 11, 2025. Born on December 14, 1944 in Fostoria, Ohio to the late Raymond and Dolores (Marshall) Bugner.

Suzanne lived a life marked by devotion to her family, steadfast strength, and a quiet kindness that touched all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Joan (Robert) Alexander ; and her brother, John Bugner.

Suzanne is survived by her children, whom she loved deeply: Brian Elter; Kristina (Dave) Howe ; and Andrea (Mark) McCollam . She is also survived by her sister, Dorothy (Dan)Opperman; her brother Doug (Darla)Bugner; her sister in law Linda Bugner; her cherished grandchildren Brandy, Kami, MaKinzie, Seth and Nick who meant the world to her, many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews and cousins.

Suzanne was a 1962 St Wendelin High School graduate. She retired from Wickes Lumber in 2007.

Suzanne will be remembered for her warm spirit, gentle humor, and the unwavering love she offered her family. Her presence brought comfort, and her legacy will continue in the hearts of those she loved.

In honor of Suzanne's life, the family will gather for a celebration on what would have been her 81st birthday. Those wishing to honor her memory are invited to celebrate her life in their own way, remembering her kindness, strength, and the joy she brought to others.
