MILLBURY- Suzanne (Perron) Garza, 60, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, April 3rd.
Sue will be missed by two children; Jennifer Garza of Worcester & Daniel Garza of Millbury, sister; Cindy Hurston of TN & granddaughter; Lily Kelleher of Worcester. She is predeceased by both parents; Helen Perron & Ronald Perron & sister, Deborah Perron. Sue will also be missed by her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & many cousins, whom she had close, lifelong friendship with.
Sue was born, raised & lived her whole life in Millbury, loving the small town. Sue worked at the Worcester Knitting Co and was also a valued employee during her many years at the Worcester Centrum. Sue also took much pride in & loved running food services at the Westboro Office Park. Sue made close friends & lasting memories everywhere she was.
Sue found much joy being by, and in, the water, especially the ocean. Even in the cold waters of New England beaches, Sue could often be found swimming freely and riding in the waves, or with her feet in the sand and a mystery novel in hand. Family vacations on the Cape and Hampton Beach were always fun filled. There was usually a tune in the air around Sue, as she loved music of all kinds, her fondness for animals was apparent, and will surely be missed by her dog, Chewy. "Mama Sue" was a friend to all & loved the Lord. But above all, Sue found happiness spending time with her granddaughter, Lily, who will forever love and miss her Grammy.
Family and friends will remember and celebrate Suzanne’s life with a time of visitation on Monday April 15th from 9 to 11 a.m. at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street, Millbury. Her funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery, Millbury.
