Sybil grew up in Columbia, South Carolina and moved to Ohio after meeting and marrying the love of her life, Putnam Pierman Sr.
Sybil had a rich and happy life and kept in contact with her many childhood friends even up to the final month of her life.
In lieu of flowers, if so inclined, please select a charity of your choice and make a donation in her honor. Alternatively or in addition, please look for someone in your life who needs some support or encouragement and extend them an act of kindness. Sybil always cared more about people than things and would love to know that her legacy is love and kindness in action. She is dearly missed. A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date.

We were neighbors on Cambridge for several years, and then four ago moved to Lane Rd.
We were surprised one day when Sybil stopped by on her daily walk and welcomed us to the neighborhood. She was pleasantly shocked when she learned we were her old Cambridge neighbors. We will miss seeing her each day.
