Brodsky, Sylvia Arlene (Nee Kassell) October 9, 2025, of Lansdale, PA; beloved wife of the late Ben Zion Brodsky; devoted mother of Allen Brodsky (Jeanette), Sandy Brodsky and Marla Brodsky; cherished grandmother of Ruby Rothenberg, Ralph Meschann (Jaime), Pam Callahan (Mark), and adoring great-grandmother of Abe, Jayna, and Ari.
Sylvia had a master’s degree in psychology and practiced family therapy. She was an avid outdoors woman, fly fishing in Alaska and the Northwest Territories. A dedicated leader of Ben Gurion University in Israel, an active volunteer for the Red Cross, Sylvia was also a devoted mother and matriarch of her family
Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services, 11:30am, Friday, October 10, 2025, at Joseph Levine & Sons, 1002 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA. For those unable to attend, the service will also be livestreamed at https://www.levinefuneral.com/blue-bell-webcam1.html. Interment to follow at Shalom Memorial Park in Huntingdon Valley, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sylvia’s memory may be made to Americans for Ben-Gurion or a charity of the donor’s choice.
The nightly ceremony in Washington, D.C. will be dedicated in honor of your loved one on the day of your choosing.
