Sylvia Mosier Obituary
Sylvia was born on November 23, 1945, in La Crosse, WI, the daughter of Reinhold Jr. and Violet (Allen) Beier. On October 19, 1963, Sylvia was united in marriage to Joseph Mosier and together they raised their four children Sonia, Carla, Joel and Jason. They spent 61 wonderful years until Joe's passing in 2024.
Sylvia worked for most of her life as a hairdresser. She also loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed making wool appliqué quilts, reading and gardening.
Sylvia will be lovingly remembered by her 4 children: Sonia (Chris) Depuydt, Carla Seger, Joel Mosier, and Jason (Tina Wise) Mosier; 4 grandchildren; brother Randy Beier; sisters Madalyn (Laverne) Jonas, Doria Bonnier, and Gloria Hicks; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents, Reinhold Jr. and Violet Beier; husband Joseph Mosier; brothers James, Lester Gary Beier; and sisters Rosalind Beier, Rosemary Schmidt, and Pauline Beier.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Sylvia will be laid to rest in the Rapid River Cemetery next to her husband. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the family.
