Sylvia Griggs Mustard

Sylvia Darlene Griggs Mustard, 70 of Draper, VA departed this life December 13, 2023 at her home. Born in West Virginia on April 10, 1953 she was a daughter of the late William and Eva Gillespie Griggs.
Sylvia enjoyed sharing her gift of cooking with her family, first however she also shared that gift with others as the cook in the Wilderness Road Restaurant. Earlier in life, Sylvia enjoyed the freedom she received as she would go horseback riding. She later would enjoy the serenity she felt as she would go walking, or the gifts she shared as she would color.
In addition to her parents, Sylvia is preceded in death by her brothers, Arthur, Lyle, Lonnie, and Roger Griggs.
Left to cherish her memory to their hearts are her husband of 48 years, James Mustard; a son, James Leon Mustard and his wife, Camille; daughters, Tracy Griffith (John), and Eva Hill (JR); 7 grandchildren; brothers, Daniel Griggs, and Donald Griggs; and sisters, Pat Stevers, Mary Johnson, and Drema Hamblin.
