Tabitha Rae Courtois, 28, died on December 8, 2025 at Elliot Hospital in Manchester. She was born on April 5, 1997 in Lowell, MA, daughter of Jeffrey P. Farnsworth and Jaime Courtois.
Tabitha was raised in Nashua, attended the Nashua Public Schools, graduating from Nashua North High School, and also studied at Rivier University. From her job at Dunkin Donuts while in college to her budding career at Beth Israel Lahey Health she always made great connections with employees and customers alike. She had just become engaged to the love of her life, Mike.
In her free time, Tabitha enjoyed reading, writing, painting, knitting, and crocheting. Mostly, she loved spending time with the people she loved, whether she was playing games online or in person, watching movies, eating food, or just having conversations, going on outings or anywhere she could dress up. She was a wonderful daughter, friend, and sister. She had friends from all over the world. She had visited some in Canada and often spoke of wanting to go again, as well as visiting friends in other countries.
She was predeceased by her “bonus mom” Tina Farnsworth; paternal grandparents, Norman and Rita Farnsworth, and maternal grandfather, Louis Courtois.
Along with her parents, Jeffrey Farnsworth and Jaime Courtois, she is survived by her siblings, Joshua Courtois, Selena Mathewson, Nathaniel Courtois, and Leo Courtois; her fiancé, Mike Sarette; as well as her aunts, uncles, cousins and Memere.
