Tabitha Frye Obituary

Published by Legacy on Oct. 1, 2025.
Tabitha Danielle Frye (Coley) was born on October 26, 1982 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tabitha was a loving wife, devoted mother, caring sister and daughter, and a loyal friend whose light touched everyone she met. Tabitha was known for her kind heart and deep desire to help others, often putting their needs before her own. As a Nurse Aid, she brought compassion and patience to her work, and even in challenging times, she radiated a calm strength and a warm smile that lifted spirits around her. She was a proud mother to James Patrick Kameron Latroy Coley (25) and Jumya Izabella Esther Frye (13), whom she cherished more than anything. Her love for family was evident in everything she did, from crocheting cozy gifts to sharing laughter at bingo nights and painting events with her daughter at St. Aloysius. Though she had once paused her nursing education, she often spoke of her dream to return to college, a testament to her drive and determination. Tabitha loved the simple joys in life-family time, the crisp air of Fall, swimming (but never in the ocean!), and small adventures. Two of her favorite milestones were flying in a helicopter on her honeymoon and finally experiencing her first flight on a family trip to Disney. She was the beloved wife of Juma Frye and is survived by their children, James "Kameron" and Jumya "Mya". She also leaves behind her loving mother Patricia "Patty" Natali and her stepfather Mike Kevelder; her brother Timothy Natali and nephew Skyler Natali; Uncle Tony and Aunt Lila Natali, and cousin Sheena and her family; Aunt Debbie and cousins Brad and Brian and their families; brother-in-law Hadari Frye and his children; parents-in- law Tony and Ella Frye, and sisters-in-law Alexis Frye and Evelyn Agbomi and family. Tabitha was preceded in death by her father James Coley, her grandparents Russell and Marilyn Natali, and James and Carol Coley. Her legacy of loyalty, generosity, and joyous spirit will live on in the lives of all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
