Terry Wayne Hall Sr. July 29, 1948 – January 13, 2026

Terry Wayne Hall Sr. passed away peacefully on January 13, 2026, in Edgewood, Kentucky, at the age of 77.

Born on July 29, 1948, in Covington, Kentucky, Terry was a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. He graduated from Holmes High School in 1966, where he began forming the strong connections and love for his community that would define his life.

Terry dedicated his entire professional career to banking, where his exceptional attention to detail and focused approach led to a successful and respected tenure in the field.

He shared 49 cherished years of marriage with his beloved wife, Linda Ann Day Hall. Together, they built a warm and loving family life centered on devotion, laughter, and shared joys.

Terry's greatest treasures were his wife, children, grandchildren, and friends. He was a devoted family man who cherished every moment spent with them. An all-around sports fanatic, he was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and University of Kentucky (UK) teams, rarely missing a game and always ready to cheer-or debate-the plays.

His love for dogs was profound and beyond words, with a special place in his heart for Boxers, who brought him endless happiness and companionship.

Quick-witted, with a great sense of humor and a talent for good jokes, Terry could hold his own in any debate and always brought lightness and intelligence to conversations.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy Hall and Gladys Hall, and his brother, Craig Hall.

Terry is survived by his loving wife, Linda Ann Day Hall; his siblings, Michael Hall (Shirley), Danalea Hall, Peggy Garvey (Donald), and Margaret Harrison; his five children, Kevin Vegas, Scott Vegas, Natalie Hall, Terry Hall Jr. (Lorey), and Stephen Hall (Michele); and his grandchildren, Courtney Abner (Bailey), Avari Hall, Trenton Hall, Josie Hall, and Blaykelyn Hall. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Due to the Weather Service have been changed to the following; A Celebration of Life will be held at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, 5645 Taylor Mill Rd, Taylor Mill, KY 41015, on Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. All who knew and loved Terry are invited to attend, share memories, and honor his remarkable life.

In lieu of flowers, the family may suggest contributions to a Boxer rescue organization or a charity close to Terry's heart, in his memory.

Terry's legacy of family loyalty, professional integrity, sports passion, humor, and unwavering love for his dogs and those around him will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the joy he brought to so many.
