Her surviving family includes her husband, Michael Smith of Carrollton, Kentucky; her mother and step-father, David and Martha (McClain) Murray of Campbellsburg, Kentucky; two sons: Dalton Goff and Jessie Goff, both of Bedford, Kentucky; two daughters: Jordan Downey and her husband, Shawn of New Castle, Kentucky, and Christian Goff of Bedford; one sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Randy Taylor of Pendleton; one brother, Billy Woosley of Campbellsburg; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
