Tabitha Marie McJunkin was only 50 when she left the arms of her loving husband, Tommy McJunkin, to be in the arms of our Lord.
Tabitha was born on January 23, 1971, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Jack and Maura Mahoney Murphy. She was a caring nurse and an awesome teacher. Tabitha loved all her school kids. She was full of life and lived for adventure. Tab was her own person; gave freely to the community, treated everyone equal, and most of all she loved her grandkids. Tabitha was a bright light to everyone she met. She will be missed by those she shared her life with. She will forever be in our hearts until we meet again. Tabitha was preceded in death by her father, Jack Murphy; sister, Laurie Murphey; grandson, Tyler Graham Kersner.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy McJunkin; mother and step-dad, Maura and Chet Keys; brother, Jack Murphy; step-son, Brandon McJunkin; step-daughter, Stephani Keshner; her precious granddaughters, whom she lovingly referred to as "the girls", Adelyn, Halle, Bria, and Molly; mother-in-law, Sandra McJunkin; brother-in-law, Jimmy McJunkin; dearest friend, Renee Brock.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
