Tammy is survived by her children Stormi (Alex), Jake, and Elexis (Gabe), grandchildren Turner, baby Althea who is on the way, and Flynn, siblings Donnie Hoggatt (Donna), Ronda McMasters, and Angel Bales (Chet), several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews that were like bonus kids to her, especially her best friend Charly. Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and brother-in-law Doug McMasters.
We love you always and forever, with all our hearts, to the moon and back Mimi.
Samaritan Funeral Home was entrusted with cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
