Tamara Luffman Giarrusso

Tamara Luffman Giarrusso, of Bessemer, AL, passed away at home, March 23, 2024, surrounded by family at the age of 52. She graduated from Bessemer Technical College with an Associates Degree. Tamara loved all kinds of animals. She cherished her weekend getaways, especially her trips to the casino. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret Ann Culp and Cynthia Louise Long. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Michael C. "Mikey" Giarrusso; son, Rchard Carmino Giarrusso (Brittany); sister, Sonya Lowery; grandchildren, Sophia Giarrusso, Shiloh Shipman; special cousin who was like a brother, Scott Barnes (Kristie); brother-in-law, David A. Giarrusso (Tammy); nieces and nephews, Jordan McCutcheon (Kenneth), Zoe Holloway (Dominic) and Carter Mason; best friends, Chad and Angie Edgeworth, Robert and Beth Snelson, Tina Adams and Sarah Hargrove; fur babies, Lacy, Bella and Nikki; and many other relatives and friends.
