Tamara Weaver Obituary
Tamara “Tammy” J. Weaver, 62, of Green Springs, OH passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, November 15, 2025. She was born on September 19, 1963 in Fremont, OH to Richard and Gertrude Moneghan. Tammy was a 1981 graduate of Fremont Ross High School and Vanguard.
Tammy married Roger Weaver on July 7, 2007 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, Fremont, OH and he survives. She cherished working for area nursing homes where she held many positions in caring for the residents. Tammy was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church where she was a former director for funeral luncheons. She enjoyed crocheting, shopping, camping and decorating for the holidays.
Tammy is survived by her husband of eighteen years, Roger Weaver, Green Springs, OH; children, Ashlee Durst, Austi Jean Chavez, Frank Weaver, Jerry Weaver, Matthew Hohe, Marshall Henley, Mary Blanchard; siblings, Cheryl (Jim) Camarata, Kim (Mike) Wojdyla, Amy Moneghan, Wendy (Tom) Slaymaker, all of Fremont, OH, John (Jenny) Moneghan, Green Springs, OH and several grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Tammy’s wish was for a memorial service to be held privately for family and friends.
Memorials can be made in her honor to St. Mark Lutheran Church, 902 E. State St, Fremont, OH 43420.
