She was born Tuesday, September 27, 1960 Man West Virginia to Don and Barbara (née Miller) Spears.
She was a 1979 graduate of Kiser High School in Dayton, Ohio and is survived by her Baby Daisy (Dog); children: Amber (Carlos) Leon and Chad (Alexandria) Russell; 7 grandchildren: Laken, Kadence, Caleb, Eleahna, Kinsleigh, Ava and Mila; as well as siblings: Teresa (Roger) Messer, Pam (Bob) Kussman, and Rick Spears.
She was preceded in death by both parents Don and Barbara; siblings Don Gregory Spears and Jeffery Allen Spears.
Tamera lived a vibrant life filled with love, kindness and joy. She touched many hearts and will be deeply missed. Her spirit will forever inspire those who knew her.
