Wow, got on FB today and something led me to the Felty funeral page and I was shocked to find Tammy.
The memories came...
We were friends in the early 80's when we lived in Carrie Mills. Tammy and Cassey lived behind us, Cassey was only about 3 and my daughter was 6.
Tammy was a joy and always ready for an adventure. The 80's were a turbulent time and we marched against racism in Tupalo, Madison, Chicago and other places.
I taught her to ride my motorcycle. She learned in one day. When she had a bad day she would come and ask me for the keys and she would ride off the bad feeling, free again. I would take my husband's bike and we would ride the Shawnee.
She was one of the strongest women I knew (and Margaret) for her life I know wasn't easy.
I am so sorry for your loss.
