She was born in Sharon, PA on October 23, 1970, to William Carte and Gail Griffith.
Tammy was married to Terry Lee Fair. He has been her life long partner for almost 40 years. He survives at home.
Tammy was a stay at home mom to three children. She enjoyed decorating, shopping, cooking and being artistic. Tammy also enjoyed camping, going fishing with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved dogs and had many throughout her life.
Tammy is survived by: Two Sons, Tylor Fair, Terry Lee Fair, Jr. of Sharon, PA; Daughter, Kayla Leanne Fair of Sharon; Three Granddaughters, Zariah Fair, Zachiah Fair, Caroline Fair; Seven Grandsons, Zyere Fair, Kye'Voughn fair, Haze Owens, Zachariah Owens, Jr., King Owens, Terry Lee Fair, III, Koa James Ray Fair; Sister, Gail Rainey; Great-grandson, Kkash Owens;
Tammy was preceded in death by: Her parents; Brother, William Carte III; Sister, Elenor Black;
