Funeral services for Tammy Forrest are Friday, June 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m, and Friday 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Enon Cemetery.
Mrs. Forrest, 54 years old, died at her residence on Sunday, June 22, 2025. She worked at New Generations, was a homemaker and attended Overflow church. She was born in Chicago, IL on September 13, 1970, to Billy Joe Reynolds and Janice Marie Tumbow.
She is survived by her husband, David Forrest two sons Jeff Forrest and John Forrest, a daughter Samantha Blankenship all of McKenzie, five sisters Donna (Todd) Smith of Michigan, Stacy (Brad) Willis of Jackson, Angela Tumbow. Tracy (Billy) Borum, Angela Bames of Bradford, four brothers Carl Tumbow of McKenzie, Kelly Turnbow McKenzie, Michael (Rachel) Tumbow of Big Sandy and Billy Joe Reynolds of Alabama, five grandchildren Zoey Forrest, Bryson Poore, Coby Poore, Sophia Forrest and Nathan Forrest.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Sonya Coleman.
