Visitation will be from 4-8 PM EDT Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM EDT Friday, May 30, 2025 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN with Pastor Tom Dewlen officiating.
Burial will take place at Independence Cemetery in Medaryville, IN.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Autism Society of Indiana.
Online Condolences may be offered at www.frainmortuary.com.

My condolences goes out to Tammy family your going to be missed you were so outgoing it´s not going to be the same picking up the lab work anymore when they told me that you had passed I didn´t believe it my stomach turn in a knot when I heard the news your going to be
