WAPAKONETA -- Tammy Jo Hegemier, 64, of Wapakoneta, died 2:20 p.m., Sun. June 11, 2023, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. A Celebration of Tammy's Life will be 2:30 p.m., Sat. June 17, 2023, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, Wapakoneta. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the time of the service, Sat. at the funeral home.

I am still trying to process the passing of Tammy. She was one of my Sister's best friends for 50 yrs. Always at our house on Kelley Dr. What a sweet girl with a great sense of humor! You will be missed. I Pray for Peace & Comfort for Kevin & your Family. RIH Tam!
