Obituary
Guest Book
Tammy Joe Horton Whited, 65, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas entered her heavenly home, surrounded by her loved ones on April 29th 2025. She was born to Joe Luper Horton and Mary Ellen Norris Williams on August 14th 1959. She is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved sister, Kathy Harness.
Everyone who had the privilege of knowing her would more than likely say the same thing when asked about her: she had the most infectious smile and laugh, taught life lessons that would stick with you forever, and had the goofiest personality. But more than that, she loved her Savior, her two daughters, Kayla Seaton & Lacey Linn, and all of her “grandbabies” with everything she had. The titles that she was most proud of in her lifetime were “Mom” and “Granny”. She was so strong in her faith and made it a point to teach her family about the Lord. She often preached that tomorrow is not promised, and to thank God for all you have, no matter how hard times get. When times were hard, she leaned on her Heavenly Father, and he always provided. Her favorite bible verse that she loved to share with her family was Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight”.
Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters; Lacey (Eric) Linn, Kayla (Elliott) Seaton, her grandchildren; Kadence Watts, Kenzie Seaton, Kaia Seaton, Seth (Sydney) Linn, Landon Linn, Erica (Trey) Puckett, Waylon Linn, and Elaina Linn, her siblings; Dianne (Roland) Elliott, Wes (Sue) Elliott, Randy Horton, Robert Thomas, and Cissie Knighten, and many other family members and friends.
