Survivors include one daughter Chelsea Larae Jones of Louisville and a son Joseph Clayton Collins of Harrodsburg, a brother Billy Joe Crouch of TX, a gandchild Cayden Collins of Perryville and a significant other Robert Noel of Harrodsburg. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Lawrence Dukie Crouch and two sisters Judy Duncan and Linda Parker.
There will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are entrusted to Sims Funeral Services in Harrodsburg.
