Tammy Renee "Welsh" Lambert

Tammy Renee (Welsh) Lambert, 53, passed away on March 8, 2026 in Cumberland, MD, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on September 20, 1972 in Cumberland, MD to the late Carol Steinmetz. Tammy was raised by her late stepfather, John Steinmetz. Tammy was the loving wife of Richard "Dickie" Leo Lambert, Jr.

Tammy worked in retail sales for Roses Discount Store and Save A Lot in Cumberland for many years and bartended on the side. Tammy loved playing bingo, going to the Casino at Rocky Gap, making crafts and spending time with her family and friends. Tammy and Dickie were together for 38 years. Tammy will be missed for her happy go lucky, positive attitude.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Richard "Dickie" Leo Lambert, Jr.; son, Bradley Welsh; daughter in law, Courtney DiNicola; adoring grandchildren, Ava, Maddox and Arizona; dear sister, Misty McDonald; special aunt, Donna Jean Ward and special uncle, Terry Davis; mother in law, Ebbie Lambert; father in law, Richard Leo Lambert, Sr.; brother in law, Lester Lambert; very special friends, Floyd and Donna; and her beloved dog, Piper Renee.

In accordance with Tammy's wishes, she will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
