Tammy Jean Mathieson (née Lanham), 55, of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, passed away on May 15, 2025.

Tammy was born on February 4, 1970, in Annapolis, Maryland, to Cleveland and Elsie Lanham. She graduated from Old Mill High School in 1988 and dedicated nearly 20 years to her work at Norris Garage, where she was a beloved and welcoming presence.

Tammy was a devoted wife and a wonderful, loving mother. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—cooking, tending to her front-yard garden, cheering on the Ravens, and spending time with her beloved dog, Lewis, who was never far from her side. Tammy was known for her strong spirit, and those who truly knew her also knew her unshakable loyalty. She would do anything for the people she loved, always putting their happiness first.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Mathieson, and their two daughters, Kelsie and Katelyn Mathieson. She is also survived by her siblings: Cleveland Lanham, Jr., David Lanham, Marilyn Lanz, and Judy Schneider.
