Tammy Diane Patlan

Tammy Diane Patlan, 50, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. She was born on December 12, 1974, in Oklahoma City, OK, to Bob Lane and Sue (Thornton) Fritz.
Tammy worked for the FAA for a brief period but primarily dedicated her professional career to being a pharmacy technician. She had a passion for horses and enjoyed riding them whenever she could. Family was incredibly important to her, and she loved each member in her own special way.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Fritz; her father, Bob Lane; both sets of grandparents; her beloved Memaw, Evelyn Stanley; two maternal uncles, and two grandsons, Eli and Raiden.
Tammy is survived by her stepfather, John Fritz; her two sisters, Kelley and Alisha; her brother, Robert; her children, Bailey, Shelby, Chris, and Kacey, along with their spouses; and eight grandchildren: Bradley, Callie, Olivia, Maddie, Tucker, Rylie, Jaxson, and Wyatt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Tammy will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, Tammy; we love you always.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Yukon, OK.
