Tara Wright Lewis, 61, of Coatesville, PA, passed away suddenly on July 20, 2023 with family by her side. Born September 23, 1961 in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Roland Sylvester Wright and the late Carol Elaine (nee Guinivan) Wright.

Tara was the beloved wife of G. Richard Lewis; adoring mother of Dylan Lewis, husband of Jamie Lewis; and a dear sister of Holly Krinsky, wife of Steven Krinsky; Mark Wright; and Kimberly Cover, wife of John Cover. Tara was a loving aunt to Becky Bibro, wife of Aaron Bibro; Daniel Krinsky, husband of Kate Krinsky; Michael Cover; Joshua Cover; Mark Wright Jr., husband of Ellie Wright; and David Wright.

Tara worked for many years in the real estate industry. Most recently, she worked as the Title Services Manager for CATIC Title based in West Chester. While her career was challenging, Tara’s quick thinking and attention to detail made her an incredible asset in her field.

Tara was always looking forward to her next vacation. She loved to travel, and visited many beautiful beaches all around the world. While Tara loved every exotic location she visited, she also notably spent many birthdays and vacations in Ocean City, New Jersey - a beach near and dear to her and her family’s heart. When Tara didn’t have her toes in the sand, she was guaranteed to be visiting her best friends, Mickey and Minnie, at The Happiest Place on Earth.

Tara was a talented crafter, and spent many weekends with her sisters scrapbooking many of her family’s precious memories. Tara was also gifted in the kitchen, and served countless delicious meals to her loved ones. Everything Tara did was done with love in her heart. Her family will sorely miss her bright smile, her big laugh, and her tight hugs.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Tara’s birthday, Saturday September 23, 2023 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, followed by her Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM. The family respectfully asks that guests wear their favorite bright, beachy colors as we honor and celebrate Tara’s colorful life and spirit.

Interment is private.

Tara was very passionate about sea life, specifically sea turtles. Her favorite charity was 4ocean, an initiative that removes tons of plastic from our oceans. In lieu of flowers, please visit www.4ocean.com to make a donation, or buy a bracelet to support the cause in Tara’s honor. Every 4ocean bracelet purchased pulls one pound of trash from the world’s oceans, rivers, and coastlines.
