Tara Rochelle Baglio Taveney, 45, passed away in Lake Charles on July 29, 2024.
She was born on February 15, 1979 in Lake Charles, LA to Jerry and Cheryl Baglio.
She was a happy person who loved people and never met a stranger. She especially loved her nieces and nephew and they loved her. She enjoyed swimming, partying, singing karaoke, and shopping, especially at thrift stores.
Tara is survived by her parents, Jerry and Cheryl Baglio; brothers, Chad and Blake Baglio her grandmother, Shirley Shelton; nephew, Luca; niece, Genesis; niece and godchild, Lennox; and many other beloved family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jerry Dean Shelton, Sr.
Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate her life on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. before processing to New Ritchie Cemetery for burial.
