Tarisha Ann Rodgers

Born on March 12, 1997 to Shirley Bonner and Tarise Rodgers in Edina, Minnesota. Tarisha was the youngest of four siblings.
A bright, loving, and resilient soul whose presence brought comfort and joy to everyone who knew her. She faced life's challenges with courage, grace, and an unwavering spirit. Her laughter, compassion, and gentle heart will forever echo in the memories of her family and friends. Tarisha is preceded in death by her late Grandmother Carolyn Bonner.
Tarisha Rodgers was a devoted mother to her daughter, Brooklyn Ann Rodgers, who was the light of her life. Everything she did was motivated by deep love and the desire to give her child the world. She will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, cooking, creativity and the way she cared for others even while fighting her own battles.
She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter Brooklyn Ann Rodgers.7 siblings-Breashia Porter, Dejon (Brittany) Bonner Lezeric (Sania) Bonner, Tarise (Nakeithia) Rodgers Jr, Nevaeh Rodgers and Rashad Rodgers and a host of uncles and aunts, nieces/ nephews Jaylen, Lekya, Faith, Destiny Angel, Lezaria, Lezeric Jr, Nash, Payton, Jett Bonner, Tarise Rodgers lll, Greysen Rucker and close friends; Ny'Eela Nixon, Olivia Canady, Alyssa Crossley, Carley Cunnigham and Jacey Florence who will forever hold her close in their hearts.
A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 1-5 PM at Summit Funeral & Cremation, 6415 Carmen Ave E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076. We invite all who loved her to join us in honoring her legacy, sharing memories, and supporting her daughter as she navigates life without her mother.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace. Her love, her lessons, and her spirit will continue to live through all who were blessed to know her.
