Obituary published on Legacy.com by Iles Westover Chapel on Apr. 28, 2025.
Taylor Fevold, beloved daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on April 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving parents, family, best friend, and her two devoted dogs. She was born on May 29, 1997, to Peggy and Keith Fevold, their cherished only child.
Taylor's beautiful, contagious smile and joyful laughter lit up every room she entered. Though she never spoke a word, Taylor's vibrant spirit spoke volumes, touching the hearts of everyone who knew her. She lived with strength, resilience, and bravery that inspired all those blessed to be part of her life. A true warrior princess, Taylor's tenacity and courage were unmatched.
She loved attending school, with Peer PE being her favorite class. Taylor found great joy in swimming, long walks on the bike trail, walking the mall during winter months, and driving her wheelchair using her head array, running into things would make her laugh uncontrollably. At home, with chest assisted walking, she would often outlast her walking companions, whether it was Mom, Dad, or her best friend Nicole Beer, who survives her and shared an extraordinary bond with Taylor.
Story time was a special joy for Taylor; she loved reading books. Her presence was a constant source of happiness and love, and she created countless cherished memories for her family and friends.
Taylor is survived by her devoted parents, Peggy and Keith Fevold; her best friend, Nicole Beer; her grandmothers, Sue Sanders and JoAnne Fevold; her aunts and uncles, Pam Lee (Dan), Tracy Welty (Ken), and Susan Weirich (John); her cousins, Morgan Welty, Nate Welty (Tom Bakke), Elizabeth Cline (Nico, AnnDre'a, Lydia, Jackson), Sam Lee (Britney, Henry), Caitlin Weirich, and Bailey Weirich (Jacob Raphingst); and many extended family members who loved her dearly.
She was welcomed into eternal rest by her paternal grandfather, Darrel Fevold; maternal grandfather, Dean Sanders; and aunt, Sharon Leach.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the ChildServe Complex Care Clinic team - Dr. Brandon, and nurses Kori, Megan, and Taylor - for always listening, going above and beyond, and caring so deeply for Taylor no matter the circumstance. They also wish to thank the EveryStep Hospice team - Dr. Mouser, nurses Stacy, Todd, Emily, and Alicia, and massage therapist Jennifer - for their compassionate, loving care during Taylor's final journey. Special gratitude is also extended to dear friends Shirley Keenan and Nicole Beer for their tireless love and care over the past several months.
Taylor's light and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family is forever grateful for the joy she brought into their lives and the strength she showed every day.
