Taylor Francis Terry

Taylor 'Frankie' Francis Terry, 31, of Hutchinson, died September 25, 2023. He was born February 21, 1992, in Wichita, to Tracy Sherman and Elizabeth Mary (Halula) Terry.
Taylor graduated from Central Christian School and then attended Hutchinson Community College. He worked as an arborist for BARC Tree Care in Hutchinson.
Frankie was a very artistic and creative person. He enjoyed music, playing piano, drawing, and building things with his hands. His artistic skills were evident in other areas of his life and he enjoyed staying busy and always had multiple projects going on at the same time, including but not limited to working on his vehicles, woodworking, building pergolas, tables, and any other projects that he thought his loved ones would enjoy. He also enjoyed being outdoors and any outdoor sport, especially kayaking, wildlife and nature. Taylor was a very caring soul, he showed compassion and love to all people he met. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend.
Taylor is survived by: his parents, Tracy Terry of Hutchinson and Elizabeth (Dennis) Goff of Holton; sister, Brittney (Jake Neff) Terry of Goddard; niece, Lydia Mazur; nephew, James Mazur; significant other, Michaela Schommer; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by: his paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Ina Terry; maternal grandparents, John and Sharon Halula; uncles, Brian and Matthew Halula.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Elliott Chapel with Pastor Philip Lee officiating.
