Tearra Patricia Kelly Millings was born on April 10, 1986, in Baltimore, MD at Union Memorial Hospital. Daughter of Laverne and the late Zachary, raised by Charley Parks, Tearra brought light, love, and laughter to everyone around her. Growing up, Tearra was known for listening to music, dancing, cooking. Especially her shrimp alfredo. She was always in high spirits to decorate any event for families and friends to get together. She always loved her under ground rap battles, and first lady hard body record label. In 2009, Tearra graduated Culinary Arts School. She found joy in cooking, traveling, and helping everyone around her. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel at home, Tearra was the shoulder to lean on, the ear to vent to, and her arms were open to everyone. Above all, Tearra cherished her role as a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. They built a life centered on love, laughter, and connection. She created countless memories with, son & daughter Brandon & Te'arah. Her Mother, Laverne and stepfather, Charley. One sister, Icyes. Uncles, James and Robert. Her God mother, Barbara.
