Ted Stanley Nowakowski

Ted Stanley Nowakowski, age 69, of Townsend, DE, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022.
Born in Wilmington, DE, on April 7, 1953, he was the son of late Tadewsz "Ted" Stanley and Catherine Gabor. Ted was a pipefitter for the local # 74.
Ted was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed boating and crabbing. He could often be found working in his garage. In his leisure time, he liked to watch TV.
In addition to his parents, Ted was preceded in death by his sisters, Shirley Kriaski, and Linda Abdullah; and step-mother, Frances Nowakowski. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandy Marie (Stevenson) Nowakowski of Townsend; son, Ted Nowakowski of Townsend; sisters, Diane Kraemer (John) of North Carolina, Kathleen Cranford of Front Royal, VA, Vada Dolphin of Bear, and Katherine Chance (Jack Syva) of New Castle; and nieces and nephews, Johnathan Kraemer, Zachary Cranford, Zachary, Joshua, Noah Dolphin, Julie Wolfe, Amber, Sommer Altvater, and their children.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 pm until 8 pm on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 275 East Main Street, Middletown, DE. Service and interment will be held privately.
