Theodore Wayne "Ted" Weinrich, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, 70 of Reeds Spring, passed away unexpectedly at his home on March 14, 2025.
Ted was born in St. Charles, Missouri on October 26, 1954. He was one of five sons born to Bernard & Lavern Weinrich. He attended Saint Peters Elementary School and Francis Howell High School. He worked many years in the manufacturing and production areas for aerospace company, McDonnell Douglas Corporation in St. Louis which later merged to become Boeing.
It was while playing Bingo, he met his beautiful wife, Mary. They were married in St. Peters, MO on June 30, 1990. Upon retiring, Ted and Mary spent time in both St. Charles and Reeds Spring.
Ted enjoyed living in the Ozarks, the scenic landscape of the area and the vast amount of wildlife. One of his favorite pastimes was feeding the deer near his home when living in Troy, MO. He took great interest in vintage automobiles and enjoyed spending time working on the motors of different cars. Ted also loved playing card games with his family and friends, especially the game "Oh Hell!". He was a long-time fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and watching the Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs or NASCAR was a must when they were on television.
Ted will be deeply missed by his wife, Mary Weinrich of Reeds Spring; his daughters, Erica Sanguinetti of Reeds Spring, Alicia Davenport of Hollister and Heather Mize of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, James, Anna and Benjamin and his brothers, Bernard Weinrich & wife Mary of St. Charles and Charles Weinrich & wife Roxanne of St. Charles.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Kenneth and Dennis Weinrich.
The family will hold a celebration of Ted's life in St. Charles at a later date.
Cremation arrangements were in the care of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.
