Teddy Mac Brown

Teddy Mac Brown, 82, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away, at his home on September 22, 2025. He was born on December 10, 1942, in Shattuck, Oklahoma, as the only child to W.W. "Woody" Brown and Constance "Connie" (Flock) Brown. Teddy grew up in Darrouzett, Texas, and graduated High School there in 1961. He graduated from West Texas State University in 1965. Teddy married Norma Nell Lemons on September 6, 1964. After graduation they both taught school for several years in Texas and Missouri before settling in Northwest Arkansas in 1970. After working for Peterson Industries, he and his family moved to Siloam Springs where he raised chickens and beef cattle for the last 45 years. He was a lifelong Methodist and current member of First Church of Siloam Springs. He was happiest riding horses, roping and just watching his cows. In the last few years, much joy came from watching his grandkids play and embrace the agriculture life as well. Other favorite pastimes over the years included: his children's sports and agriculture activities, team roping, golfing, early morning coffee gatherings and card games with friends. Teddy is preceded in death by both parents and daughter, Teddi Gail Blagg. He is survived by his wife, Norma; his son, Craig Brown and wife Micca, of Siloam Springs; grandson, Sullivan Max Brown; granddaughter, Maren MacKenlee Brown; and son-in-law, Donnie Blagg, of Fayetteville. A visitation for Teddy will be held Monday, September 29, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., at Wasson Funeral Home, 441 Hwy 412 W., Siloam Springs, Arkansas. His funeral will be Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at First Church, 325 East Twin Springs, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs.
