Teresa Lynn Davison

Teresa L. Davison, 55, of Maquoketa, Iowa, entered the presence of her Savior on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at MercyOne Genesis Medical Center in Davenport, Iowa.

Teresa Lynn Kramer was born on December 12, 1970, in Gibson City, Illinois, to Frederick Raymond and Doris Ann (Springer) Kramer. She graduated from Midland Community High School in Wyoming, Iowa, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa. She married Darby Davison on March 9, 2001, in Maquoketa, Iowa.

Teresa worked for the Midland Community School District, Holly's Grocery Store, MC Industries, Mill Valley Care Center, and Fareway. For the past twenty years she worked with her husband at home. She enjoyed walking, gardening, bow hunting, and playing the piano.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Darby Davison of Maquoketa, IA; mother, Doris Kramer of Maquoketa, IA; siblings, Amy Kramer of Ankeny, IA, and Philip (Kayla) Kramer of Des Moines, IA; nephew Ezekiel Kramer, and niece Evelyn Kramer. She was preceded in death by her father Frederick Kramer on June 17, 2019.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 A.M., Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral from 10 to 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Esgate Cemetery, rural Maquoketa.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Teresa Lynn Davison memorial fund has been established.
