Teresa Dickson Obituary
Teresa Dickson, 56, of Hermitage, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 27, 2026, in her home.
Ms. Dickson was born on April 1, 1969, in Sharon, a daughter of the late William and Pearl (Shaffer) Porterfield and attended Sharon School District.
Teresa enjoyed gambling and playing the lottery. She had an extensive collection of angels and Indians. Teresa also loved Mountain Dew and cuddling with her cat, Bella.
She is survived by two daughters, Crystal Tuttle, of Mercer, Tara Porterfield, of Hermitage; a son, Ronald Pickard, Jr. and his fiancé, Shyann Bartosh, of Sharon; five grandchildren, Zy-Awna and Zy-Lawn Matthews, Dallas and Candis Pickard, James Tuttle; one grandchild on the way. Also surviving are three brothers, Albert Kane, III, of Mercer, Billy Kane, of Tennessee, and Kenny Kane, of Transfer.
In addition to her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by a grandson, Izaiah Pickard; two sisters, Barbara and Brenda Porterfield; and two sisters-in-law, Kathy and Violet Kane.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family at Teresa’s Memorial Donations.
Calling hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday (03/05/2026) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 East State St., Sharon.
A celebration of Teresa’s life will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday (03/08/2026) in Sunset Lanes Bowling Alley, 1218 Idaho St., Farrell.
