Teresa M. Kamowski, 100, of Nanticoke, passed away Wednesday morning, Oct. 15, 2025, at her home.
Born April 18, 1925, in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Percy and Alice Sadowski Schlotterbeck (Beck).
She married Dennis C. Kamowski on Nov. 28, 1946. They shared 71 years of marriage until his passing on Jan. 18, 2018. Teresa's main interest in life was her home, her family and her Catholic faith.
She was a member of St. Faustina Kowalska Parish, Nanticoke, and formerly St. Stanislaus Church prior to the consolidation of parishes.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanette Parsons.
Surviving are her five children, Ronald Kamowski and wife, Ann, Nanticoke; Marie Fiorini, Bethlehem; Anne Teel and husband, Ronald, Montrose; Leon Kamowski and wife, Beth, Lehighton; and Todd Kamowski, Nanticoke; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and one on the way; a sister, Betty Caffrey; and nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Kamowski's family would like to extend their sincere thanks to her caregivers who assisted for the past seven years.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday from Dinelli Family Funeral Home, 170 E. Broad St., Nanticoke, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Faustina Kowalska Parish, 520 S. Hanover St., Nanticoke.
Entombment and Rite of Committal will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.
Viewing and visitation will be at 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home until transferal to the church.

The kindest thing ever given to me, was the day I started looking after Theresa. The laughs ,and the stories shared. The knowing the love we shared for each other , will always be a memory I have of Theresa. Thank you for being a part of my life. You will be missed . I love you.

Teresa was a dear lady, very devoted to God, the Church, her family, and the Pro-Life movement. May she now enjoy eternal rest with the blessed ones in the Kingdom of God. And may God bless her family as they mourn Teresa's loss.
