Teresa Isabel La Rosa Marcos de Muñante, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 3rd, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 1st, 1946, in Lima, Peru, Teresa grew up in a close-knit family where her warmth, curiosity, and boundless energy shone through. Her childhood was filled with laughter, learning, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life.
In adulthood, Teresa found her lifelong partner and best friend in Pablo Manuel Muñante Palomino. Together, they built a home filled with love and support, creating countless memories and embarking on shared adventures. Their marriage was a testament to mutual respect, deep affection, and enduring companionship.
As a mother, Teresa was a pillar of strength and guidance. She nurtured her children, Pablo Antonio, Luis Manuel, and Gissela Milagros, with patience and wisdom, always encouraging them to pursue their dreams and live with kindness. Later, she embraced the role of grandmother, joyfully welcoming her grandchildren, Paola, Triana, Nicolas, Luis, Sebastian, and Valeria, into her heart. Through her nurturing care, she created cherished family traditions that will be remembered for generations.
Tete's legacy lives on in the love, compassion, and devotion she shared with all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, and the many friends and relatives whose lives she touched.
A celebration of her life will be held on November 15th, 2025, at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester, VA.
