Teresa Ann Merrett

Teresa Ann Merrett, age 65, of Stanwood, WA, passed away peacefully, with her sister Debbie Marfiak by her side, on the morning of February 10, 2025. She was born on September 25, 1959, in Point Pleasant, NJ, to Fred and Barbara Tice. She married James Merrett on September 6, 1980. They lived in the Jacksonville, FL area for many years before moving with their daughter first to San Diego, CA and finally Stanwood, WA.
Teresa was known for being a homemaker and a loving mother and wife. She is survived by her husband and three children, Amanda, James, and Joseph, and her five grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Amaris, Paige, Conner, and Cody, and was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Fred Tice.
A memorial gathering has not been scheduled.
