After moving to Texas, she continued her profession at The Methodist Hospital in Houston for 20 years, followed by a role at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she served for 15 years. Eventually, Teresa transitioned into a caregiver role, lovingly tending to her parents in their later years.
On January 12, 1980, Teresa married Ken Meaux at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Houston, Texas. Together, they built a loving home and shared a fulfilling life.
