Mrs. Teresa Todd Norris, 72 passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Teresa was born in Whiteville, NC to the late Leamon B. Todd and Gertrude Nobles Todd. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sister, Pamela T. Sosebee & husband, Larry.
She worked for many years as a receptionist with Highland Construction Company.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, David Norris; sons, Justin Lee Cromer and Chad Cromer; grandchildren, Dylan, Kelly, Lindsay and Mason Cromer; many great grandchildren; and nephew, Lewis Shelton.
