Teresa Ann Ray, 70, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on March 2, 2026. She was born on May 6, 1955, in Indianapolis, to the late Lowell and Gwendolyn Corlett.
As a matriarch, Teresa adored her family and treated everyone she met like her own. Her home was always open, filled with loved ones enjoying sunny days by the pool. Her generosity knew no bounds. Teresa was a true giver, always ready to lend a hand or an ear to those in need.
Teresa had a charismatic personality that drew people in. Her outgoing nature and constant smile brought light to every room she entered. She was known for her strength and blunt honesty.
Teresa cherished vacations and took every opportunity to soak up the sun at the beach. She embraced life’s moments fully, ensuring that her vibrant energy was felt by all around her. One of Teresa's many lights in her life were her grandchildren, whom she adored. She had a love for cooking the most amazing and delicious food, and valued time with family centered around her meals.
Teresa found solace in books and reading. She was often nestled in her garden, surrounded by a variety of fruits and vegetables, namely green tomatoes. Teresa was a passionate businesswoman, and created her own path in order to become the successful woman she was.

Teresa was preceded in passing by her parents, and siblings, Glenn and Tammy Corlett.
