Teri Lou MacDonald, 63, of Hannibal, NY passed away at home surrounded by her family on October 10, 2025. She was born in Syracuse, NY in 1962 and received her associate's degree in criminal justice from Cayuga Community College.

Teri loved camping and feeding all the wildlife at her favorite place, Fairhaven Beach State Park. She loved spending time with family, playing bingo, crocheting, along with feeding and caring for all the animals around her home. A true nature lover, she enjoyed being outside and spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

She is predeceased by both sets of her grandparents, both of her father's, Floyd Barber and Alexander Konstantinow, along with her grandson, Chase Thomas.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband, James MacDonald Jr.; mother, Mary Konstantinow; her children, Leshonda (William) Rowland, Melissa (Mike) Thomas and Michael (Christy) Warner; three stepchildren, James (Amanda) MacDonald III, Jessicca (Michael) Bartholemew, and Christina (Jack) Shirtz; 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie (James) Smith, Tammy (Lee) Godbold, Donna (Mark) Barber, Wanda (Chris) Martin, Katrina (Eric) Pace and Carol (Raymond) Pond, along with several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Friday, October 17, 2025 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal, NY 13074. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
