Terrance Miller Obituary

It is with great sadness that Terrance W. Miller, 74, of Ligonier, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, at IHS Latrobe Hospital. He was born Aug. 29, 1951, in Mt. Pleasant, a son of Dolores Korzen Miller of Ligonier and the late Sherman Miller. Terry had been a member of the PA National Guard and was a member of the VFW, American Legion, Youngstown Fire Fighters Social Club, Kingston Club, Derry Ukrainian Society, and Laughlintown Sportsman and Historical Society. He had gone to Penn Tech and worked for over thirty years at Standard Steel. He enjoyed golfing, woodworking, hunting, and socializing with friends and family, always telling jokes with a great sense of humor and a gift for making people smile. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Luanne Becer Miller; his daughter, Melissa Rubel, and her fiance, Chris Jenkins; his granddaughter, Mya; his brother, Burl Miller, and his wife, Pam Donnelly Miller; his sister, Melinda Fowler, and her husband, Bill; and numerous nieces and nephews. At his request, all services are to be private, with burial in Fairmont Cemetery. Memorial contributions are asked to be made to the American Cancer Society, in lieu of flowers.
