Mr. Terrance "Rex" D. Small, Jr. of
Tampa, FL, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2026. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, 4025 W. Palmetto Street,
Tampa, FL 33607, with Pastor Anthony W. Greene, Officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue,
Tampa, FL 33610.
Mr. Terrance "Rex" D. Small, Jr., a native of
Tampa, Florida, resided in the city for 34 years. He attended H. W. Blake High School and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens. Throughout his career, he worked for Sweet Bay, Coleman American, and Tampa Bay Steel Corporation. Additionally, he coached the West Tampa Spartans, Jr. Bucs, and Brandon Bears.
He was preceded in death by: Marlene Miller, Charles Patterson, Gloria Taylor, J C Taylor, Audrey Wilson, Bennie Small, Mildred Bailey, Albert Bailey Sr., Willie Myrl Wright, Marie Wright, Randal Watkins Sr., Randal Watkins Jr., Mark Watkins, Albert Bailey Jr., Sharon Dean, and Brenda Simpson.
