Terrance "Terry" Zinser

Terrance "Terry" Zinser, 77, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026. Born in Louisville, KY, on March 4, 1948, Terry was a man of faith and a proud veteran. He was a charter member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and more recently attended St. Anthony Catholic Church.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Terry served his country with honor during the Vietnam War. Upon returning to civilian life, he became a successful entrepreneur as the owner and operator of his own construction company. Outside of work, he was an avid automotive enthusiast who found great joy in driving and showcasing his car collection.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Geraldine "Jerry" Zinser, J.W. Brock, and his brothers, William "Billy" Zinser and Gary Brock.

He is survived by his daughters, Tina Veray (J.D.) and Pam Smith (Randy); his stepmother, Dorothy Brock; and his siblings, Bob L. Zinser (Cindy), Rocky D. Zinser (Debbie), Darryl Brock (Sheri), Karen Heil (Eddie), Debbie Brock, Cherrie Lordier, and Dee Dee Miller. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, Monica Ritenour (Chaz), Joshua Zinser (Nity), Samantha Blakley, and Julian Schneider, as well as two great-grandchildren.

A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 4- 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the service.
