to her heavenly home on Tuesday November 26 at Evergreen Hospice with her
loving husband by her side. Terri was
born January 12, 1967 to Lyle Wayne Lee and Judith Wach Beck in Terra Haute,
Indiana.
Terri was united in marriage with Daniel Douglas Costello
on September 9, 1996. From this loving
union they had one child, Calvin Lee Costello.
Terri enjoyed listening to live music and would
frequently attend local events. In
addition, Terri was a devoted friend and had a wide circle of friends she loved
to spend time with. Terri will be
remembered as a devoted friend, mother and wife. She was always smiling and laughing.
Terri was preceded in death by both parents. She is survived by her beloved husband of 28
years Daniel Douglas Costello; her child Calvin Lee Costello (Shayla); and her four siblings Susan Carole
Luse (Tom); Robert Ivan Lee; Laurianne Hilmer (Ted) and Becky Lee McGee (Tim).
