Terri Gandy Epperson, age 64, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2026. Her family held a private service as those where her wishes.
Terri was preceded in death by her parents, John Gandy and Sarah Gandy. She is survived by her loving husband, Lee Epperson; her daughter, Sarah Harris (Daniel); her step-daughter, Kimberly Chambless (Brett); her grandchildren, Logan Harris, Madison Kendrick, Bradley Kendrick (Lauryn), Lexi Chambless, and Brady Chambless; her sister, Pamela Gandy; and her niece, Jenny Pichon (Joey).
Terri was a registered nurse, a hard worker, and deeply dedicated to her family. Her career reflected her compassion and commitment to caring for others, just as her personal life reflected her strength, perseverance, and unwavering love for her family. She will be remembered for always putting others first and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Pallbearers will be Blake Meggs, Bradley Kendrick, Brett Chambless, Cameron Meggs, Daniel Harris, and Joey Pichon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terri’s memory to Hospice of West Alabama or the DCH Cancer Center.
