Terri Darlene Howard, 53, of Clinton, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 28, 1971, to Donnie Howard and Debbie Garza Howard in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Terri was always smiling, even through her difficult battle with cancer; it never caused her to lose faith, only to draw her closer to the Lord. She had a passion for reading her Bible, finding solace and inspiration in God's Word. She also loved designing and framing Biblical art. Time spent with her artwork was a journey that deepened her sense of gratitude and brought her great joy.
Time spent with her family and her animals gave her joy as well. She was a true nurturer to lost animals. Terri would rescue them from the side of the road and take care of them, nursing them back to health. Her caregiver dog Bear looks around this morning already so sad and lonely for her, but she is resting pain-free and peacefully in the arms of Jesus now.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Colby Howard (Andrea), grandchildren, Gavin and Eden Howard, and sister, Geraldine Nixon, her aunt, Carolyn, special cousins, Mescheal Rusche and Aleana Konkle, many other relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Alline Thompson, RC Edwards, and her uncle, Michael Rusche.
Clinton Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with arrangements for Ms. Terri Howard and to be of service to her family. We welcome you to share your thoughts and memories of Terri on our Memory Wall.
