Terri J. Moldenhauer

Terri Moldenhauer passed away peacefully on September 28th at the age of 69. She was recently preceded in death by her beloved mother, Joanne Moldenhauer. Also preceding her in death were her loving grandparents, Paul and Gertrude Moldenhauer, father, John Palmer, and grandmother, Ruth Palmer. She is survived by siblings Steve Palmer (Margaret), Stephanie Palmer Jackson (John), and Stuart Palmer (Tracy), as well as many nephews, nieces, godsons, and their children.
Terri graduated from St. Paul Johnson High School and went on to a lifelong career as a flight attendant, exploring the world. She was strong, vibrant, and witty, with a love for travel, music, the arts, fashion, and reading. After her first trip to Hawaii at age five, Terri and her mother shared many journeys to the islands, where her passion for all things Hawaiian was born. Their bond was so close that they were often mistaken for sisters. Together they also attended national and world figure skating events and traveled across the globe-from Austria to Australia, Tahiti to Thailand.
After her cancer diagnosis in May 2023, Terri endured countless treatments and hospitalizations with strength and grace. She was deeply grateful for the daily care and support of her family, friends, neighbors, and health care providers. When travel was no longer possible, she continued to enjoy German and Irish festivals, the theatre, time with loved ones, and iced coffee in the summer sun. Terri touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.
